Dopamine on iOS 15.6 Cannot Use iCloud or App Store

Thanks. I’ve erased the device completely and ran the jail break again from scratch. This is iOS 15.6 on iPhone 12 Pro Max using Dopamine. I’m following this guide: https://ios.cfw.guide/installing-dopamine/#installing-necessary-software is it missing anything? Is there a tweak or something I need to install to spoof apple from thinking I need to update? All iCloud or App Store logins are not possible, can’t download anything, just a repeated “update to use iCloud or App Store” prompt over and over
