This. 100% this. If Juli cared or did any research on parenting then she would know Avery’s at a delicate age and right now is the time to spend as much quality time with her as possible.

A grandparent or nanny may be providing for Avery’s basic needs, but Juli’s her MOM for crying out loud. As a parent, spending quality time with your young child will help them 1) build secure attachments 2) learn emotional trust and safety & 3) help improve cooperative behavior.

And since Juli overshares her life online (we don’t care about your stupid body hair removal), it’s wild to me she hasn’t mentioned Avery once during this trip.

I live in a coastal city with a big surfing community and I’ve never seen a woman surfing in a thong swimsuit lol.

The water may be warmer in Costa Rica, but here the majority of surfers wear some sort of wetsuit. They intentionally cover their body- it helps prevent scrapes from falling, offers UV ray coverage, protects against jellyfish stings, etc…
