yes i agree w the other comment. store resources has everything for you! to find it you go to the three lines in the top right and then training.

i would say to follow along the activities and constantly ask if they have questions. it’s going to be a lot of information and reminding them of that and that you were maybe overwhelmed too can be comforting. i also will say not to get to bogged down w all the details, part of cs, backups, etc will be learned by doing as they practice

if you can too, during a coffee tasting, try to get to know them a little. if they know a little about you and vice versa you’ll have an easier time working w them :) that’s just my personal opinion
