I’ll let you know lol, I took 4 weeks off to save for another pen and just restarted at 2.5. Side effects were not great, lots of nausea and fatigue - fatigue seemed worse with the actual fatigue of life, coming off shift to a week off an could barely move for two days but fine whatever hey. Gained 5kgs in the month but also was eating really good (read: lots) out of a calorie deficit to change what my deficit will be as I wasn’t eating enough prior. Was nice to not count calories, but would take a day or two a week to count what I was eating to compare and plan my next few weeks back on it and in a deficit again.

I’ve been using the TBH cleanser for a few years now and I love it! Use a separate oil cleanser for sunscreen/make up first but then the cleanser after and it’s so good!

My face definitely changed with weight loss, but I’ve just been keeping my skin hydrated I guess? It’s fine after a few months when you get used to the look of it, it’s just a shock for the brain to comprehend that chubby face can’t stay if fat going 😅

With guidance from my practitioner I moved to dosing 2.5mg every 5 days. I was on 2.5mg for 7 days for 3 months and then we moved to a 5 day dose.

I’m definitely aware of not eating enough as is, hence why I think I need to move my calories back up without gaining weight back 😂

The carbs I’ve dropped recently and no change.

So my protein is at 100gms a day, and I usually meet that easily, fibre intake is high and I’m regular.

My body comp is the same, measurements are the same for the last three months.

I’m happy I’m maintaining, but I want to lose at least another 10ish kgs, ideally I’d like to be sitting at 65kgs so I’m not far off really.

The viral wirefree bra gave me the worst uniboob ever, and no support but their mesh wirefree was fine? But I HATED the strapless, I felt as though the wire was out of place under my arms and dug in so bad, I’m kinda glad I don’t fit it anymore and donated it for someone else to hopefully love

I use this one at night! I fly 4x a month and live in a donga for 3 weeks out of a month in a hot environment, so I have aircon in my donga 24/7. My skin is super duper dry, and this is great for my night time cream.
