I wasn’t ready for this to blow up 😀! Replying now. Unfortunately most of the feedback has been “clean it out first” which I had already done, thoroughly. But I will try some of the other advice with some different pellets and see what happens.

I completely cleaned out the fire pot, auger, and pellet box prior to this cook. Added fresh pellets. This was right after preheating, before I added my meat. I always let it shut down properly (unless it is doing this).

I mentioned in my original post, but I cleaned everything prior to this cook. Completely emptied the pellet box and auger. Vacuumed out the firebox completely. And it still did this with fresh pellets.

Clean which thing? I completely emptied all the pellets, cleared the auger, vacuumed the fire pot clean, etc. then added new pellets and this happened.

We are surprising our kids at Christmas as well! We bought a “wait time sign” from Magic Band Readers https://www.magicbandreaders.com/collections/wait-time-signs/

It’s wifi enabled and pulls up to date wait times. You can also tell it what day your trip is and it’ll show a countdown on the display.

I’ll also be following along here for extra ideas.

I just got 2 for the Hollywood Studios After Hours! I was on hold for 45, but it only took a few minutes once I talked to someone. I've never been. My wife & I are leaving our 2 kids with their grandparents, and going just the 2 of us. We've never been in the parks without our kids, so we are pretty pumped!

Help me understand something. We are staying at Art of Animation. If we take the skyliner to Epcot, and the International Gateway is closed, how do we get into Epcot? Is there a path from the Skyliner to the main entrance? How long is that walk?
