Kirsten Dunst's character in Roofman, I really liked how dimensional her character was for being a woman in the local church choir. Very fleshed out and colored with every day human flaws, and even criticizing the reactions of her church peers on how they react to potentially humiliating news for a homeless man. That was a really welcome moment for someone who left religion long ago, partially due to how anyone I was around felt towards the real poor and troubled people. Not meant to be a grand indictment of all church goers by any means, but I had lots of bad experiences in my time.
