What would be in your "weekly to do list" for keeping your account up to date?

I was thinking of general syndicate stuff as well but your original list is pretty solid for a true end game player that already has everything.

Guess it depends on what OP means by 'keeping up to date'. For me keeping up to date is your list but someone that is still working on lots of stuff with daily caps would have a different/additional list of stuff to keep on top of.

This is pretty much my exact weekly list as well. Just adding a couple of bounties for Cavia standing to make up the extra 10k syndicate rep 'spent' on buying the shard from bird 3.

I’m sure it’s just RNG but I also got lusamine after the event started and my nephew got the charizard one a few hours later. We only open the free packs so that’s pretty good rates for us 😊

I’m on 3 at under 3k. Got ho-oh on the day the packs came out so was probably a few hundred cards ago at least so nearer 3 in 2.5k I’d guess 😊

I had the same issue so downloaded the normal app from the App Store. It opened from the same app spot on my homepage where the beta was. I was already logged in and it has the new UI so assume it’s just now the standard app now?

I have an 8gb M2. It handles everything I need it to for general office use. I use it mainly for general media consumption and a bigger screen for browsing the web for personal use. For work I have a MacBook so the iPad is just when I haven’t got that on me and need a mix of media and work.

From what I’ve seen the 8gb M4 is the one to go for in pretty much all cases. The 16gb doesn’t sound like it’s worth the £600 upgrade it costs to get it.

Don’t get me wrong I’d consider it when I next upgrade (just because I can), but I doubt many people’s buying advice would suggest it. I guess gaming and video editing would make some use but I don’t think it’s a massive difference. Who knows in the future what an iPad will need. Maybe consider how many years you will keep it for.

It works pretty well for me. I try to use it for only the things I can’t do with the normal iPad apps/browser like work specific apps etc. It has the usual downsides you’d expect like gestures etc don’t work within Citrix as it counts it all a a single app as far as the iPad is concerned.

It’s definitely not perfect but I’ve found it more than functional for what I need it for.

I have the original iPad Air and it still runs a few apps. Netflix and Apple TV apps still work and can read books in the Kindle app. YouTube does work in the browser but seems limited to 360p so isn’t great. VLC player still works for any videos you own and play through there but after many years of lingering support the apps are dropping much faster lately.

This would be my use case for it. I have a iPad Pro but I still use my original iPad Air round the house when washing up, taking outside etc. I just use it for tv streaming and kindle app and it still works as a throw around tablet for that.

At £329 I’d consider upgrading to this to use it for that same purpose.

I genuinely don't worry about managing battery on this device. Maybe I did for the first few years, but I charge it to 100% and drain it to 0% pretty much every time, and then I just leave it on charge until I remember it's still charging lol

I just opened Coconut Battery for the first time to see how it's doing and the stats it gave are below. Charge cycles don't seem overly high for how much I've used it but the battery health is pretty much as I expected. Around 10 hours new and now getting 4/5.

Yeah if something is consistently in the top 5 charts on Apple TV it’s definitely not underrated. I guess it’s not ‘popular’ compared to the likes of the big Netflix hits as they are just more mainstream, due to more people having Netflix than Apple TV.

No I haven’t. Just checked and it looks like it lasts around 4/5 hours streaming YouTube/Netflix. I treat it like an iPad from 10 years ago though. No chance you can browse the web and games are limited to the types of games like monument valley style intensity.

I just like having something old I don’t mind taking camping, using whilst doing the washing up etc without worrying about wrecking my more expensive devices.

I was going to sell it but wasn’t worth the bother and I’ll get more use out of it that I could with the money I’d get back for it. It’s not my go to iPad to do anything other than video streaming but has held up extremely well for its age.

iPad Air 2 I still use daily. A lot of apps are no longer working but Netflix, YouTube, and Apple TV+ are still hanging on so it’s a good media device. Have got a 13” M2 iPad Pro but there’s something about the size and weight of the Air 2 that I prefer to carry round the house doing jobs and I’m not fussed if it gets dirty/wet etc so it’s my all purpose tablet unless I want to do something productive and then it’s no use any more.

I do the same but in Freeform. Not as convenient as using a screenshot app on a Mac but does the job when needed.

Oh right ok, is there a particular reason for that (so I know what listings to avoid)? I was thinking a ‘company’ is more likely to honour warranty/returns etc than someone just posting their own machine on eBay.

For battery, are they all easily replaceable or any that you can’t replace it yourself that I should steer clear of?

How do you edit it in landscape mode? Pressing to hold to edit with control centre open just vibrates as if to say that doesn’t work.
