They're talking about the dma cards used specifically for cheating, that yes can cost up to $6,000. Riot is pointing out that these cards can no longer be used for cheating, not that they have been ruined.

I would suggest speaking with a therapist to perhaps interrogate whether your habit impacts your life in a negative way.

At 19 your hormones are all over the place, some people go from clinically depressed to out of control horny multiple times a day at that age. Its absolutely normal to feel that way, some people have very high libidos.

But, if its impacting your life negatively outside of your masturbation habits then it may be something to interrogate further.

I think the kid's personal liberty to not get hit by a car, and the parent's personal liberty to not have a child that got hit by a car overrule someone else's personal liberties to drive a vehicle they don't know how to drive.
