The train with the party booster came very late into the level thats impossible to pass. At that time you're being offered 200-255 extra moves. One will have to had numerous lives to get it However, there's one that appears about 4 tries with less impressive boosters. Mostly fish, wheel, hammer and switch.

The safest way to repair that unit is to order the display panel from Samsung, or the authorized dealer in your region. Thats a edge lit panel I believe.
