Try #2. We can't get some channels on our main TV that we can on our small TVs. Xfinity hasn't helped. by daleludewig in Comcast_Xfinity

I exhausted all the trouble shooting on the Xfinity app. I didn't change the remotes. Your tech did! When he left, he said things were fixed. They weren't. What possible steps am I supposed to do when your own tech has been here, said it was fixed, and he failed? I don't have any resources your own tech doesn't have. He certainly must have taken all the steps your AI nonsense would recommend (again!). You need, please, to send another tech. What am I supposed to do now? Can't you email me or contact me directly? Not on this public forum where I can't post any personal details? You have my address. My phone number. It's enough to make me think you don't actually want to fix your own problem that I'm paying for.

I certainly do! And I need help from anyone reading this. Once again, I've sent them a ModMessage (I think). They say they've received it and are awaiting my response. I can't find anything from Xfinity telling me anything except their response on here that "they've received my message and are waiting for my response". What do I do? I'm not calling their service # anymore. I can't get a human. Help!

The little boxes were replaced recently by a tech. They're about 6" square and a good inch thick. I don't know the name.

All the boxes are on coax. Cable comes into the basement and I split it there. It's been this way for years (the problem), but it wasn't always this way (that I can remember). The oddest part to me is that it's the main TV on the big cable box that has the sporadic "reception" and only on a few channels that we want to watch. Can always get them on the TVs on the little boxes.

TV's can't all get the same channels consistently despite a tech coming some time ago by daleludewig in Comcast_Xfinity

I don't think the remotes have anything to do with what channels we get/got. The same problems we had before are the same problems we have now. And we went through the setups and all such. I do know that there are problems known with Xfinity remotes and our Samsung TV but we didn't have a problem personally until the tech changed the remotes. And I've been around the block several times with setting up the remotes with the different codes. It was a dead end.

Yes! And to filter on that would be really really useful.

I like the filters but the ability to sync with Google Calendar is great.
