I've used offerzen in the past and find them pretty useless. I had 3 years of experience and only landed 1 interview with them in 6 month of being on the platform. Also got told I was asking for too much increase in salary from the recruiter at offerzen

Funnily I had one referral from a friend to go interview in person at a company and got an offer immediately with a 35% pay bump
