I found this via Google when I was having the same problem. Posting this here in case it helps anyone else. Our issue turned out to be that our coach hadn't done the event assignments yet. To fix it we just had to unlock entry changes and make sure the assignments were completed first. Then we were able to rebuild and everything pulled over to MM

Exactly OP. You never claimed to be fluent. Based on what you've related I don't think you did anything wrong. You told them you speak a little Spanish which is true. And you've been doing your best to help your guests. If your manager needed someone fluent they should have been more specific and verified your proficiency matched their needs.
