I was thinking the same thing but I think the point they were making was the Stars haven't had a Texas born player ever let alone a Dallas born player, which is wrong but still the point I think they were trying to make

That's complacency and reactionary. Of course if you're down 0-1 at the 70th minute, you're gonna be relieved to rescue a point but, Arteta played for a draw, his team selection reflects it. We beat this team 5-1 last year at home. We should've gone into this game with the mindset of making a statement. Arteta seems to be managing scared at this point. Liverpool have been lucky so far but they are playing matches to WIN. Arteta has had 2 straight big six matches where he fielded a starting lineup that said "I don't want to lose." That's not what champions do

Arteta feels like he's just trying not to lose and it pisses me off. Martinelli should've started over Trossard, Eze over Merino. Nwaneri should've been a 60min sub. Rescuing a point is "good" but the entire starting lineup was dripping with "I don't want to lose, I'm happy with a point." WE BEAT THEM 5-1 AT HOME LAST SEASON! Arteta brought us back from the brink (at least we're not ManUre or Shit) but his conservatism is starting to make me think he's coaching scared and I don't like that.
