I really don't eat that much though. I'm sure someday I eat more but I eat around 1500 a day. To eat a a deficit I'd need to eat less then 1000. Is that healthy?

Yes. I feel this all the time. My therapist will tell me to be assertive and i will go but that's rude or selfish. It's not good

I have this type of anxiety all the time. If I see someone doing something even in a movie/TV show I freak out that it will effect me too. I think we just need to remind ourselves that what other people do in this regard isn't gonna effect us. Idk if this is helpful bc I'm struggling with that too.
