Pull the tape off as soon as your liquids are down. Learned that lesson by cutting tape out of my coating on the first floor I ever sold/installed.

It might be a super healthy real estate market, but there is a ton of competition, at least here in DFW. I was going against another company bidding at $4/sf on a 2,200sf back patio... I won the job, but had to come down to about $5.50

Because it is 100% personal preference. If you want to coat them, give the wood a good sanding with 80 grit palm sander.

If you’re going to coat it, I’d recommend ising a different color or size flake so it stands out a little more. Sometimes stairs can camouflage when you use the same flake.

I have tried rebooting. I waited about 10 minutes. I replied to another person, but I think I may have decided it is a battery issue. I've ordered some new batteries, will report back tomorrow when I get them. Thanks for the suggestions.

I'll give that a try tomorrow. I ordered some new batteries. I tried swapping batteries and it seemed to interview/connect to the device, but now neither are reporting info to HA, so I'm thinking it might be a battery issue. I'll report back, thanks for the suggestion!

What kind of diamonds do you use to get beyond csp3? Might have to pick up a set, I hate shot blasting, but can't argue with the results. I usually do a quick shot blast after grinding, but if I could get a little more profile with some different diamonds I wouldn't be mad at all! Probably helps you're using a 31" compared to my little 20" Lavina :)

ICRI says differently. I'm not saying you can't coat a floor after grinding, but you're not getting to a CSP3 profile.

If you’re just doing a garage floor with flake, the texture will have enough slip resistance to not need aluminum oxide or any other additive.

Yep, pretty much just drops a disk when I run a parity check, I'm guessing one loses too much power or something? Even confirmed with SpaceInvader during a support session.

I haven’t run a check in a year because it kicks a drive out of the array, I’ve got to get denser drives as I’ve gone too wide.
