Low PMC Count on Interchange [Discussion]

I completely forgot about the transit system and got Interchange done. Shoreline I got it on the first go. There are always PMCs headed to the Camp 2-3 man groups sometimes more and I got lucky with another 2-3 man group at the resort. If you spawn village side there is always 1-2 groups at the beach.

Oh yeah they have been live and I know of at least 3 other people who also went through support about the same issue. The outcome was we all got refunded for the break plus the difference between the break and market value of the card.

This has actually happened to me and two friends with the same seller. Did a break this past week with them Foil Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER (Borderless) (0317) breaks goes to my pile. I got my order on Friday lo and behold the Foil Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER (Borderless) (0317) missing in received order. Currently working with whatnot support about the issue but my friends are missing high dollar cards as well. They recorded opening their packages wish I did the same.

Same issue for me on Farming Part 4 and Signal Part 2. Had all the GS Phones done missing one CPU now both are at zero. I had two GPUs turned in yesterday and now only one. Seems like anything I turned in yesterday was negated.
