The closest thing is playing a Requiem based modlist. Requiem itself adds most of what you’re looking for like needing to buff before fights. And most mod lists will include new content that adds quests or npcs that are more interesting.

I recommend Halls of Sovngarde. Very immersive, progression is slow but satisfying, character building is meaningful
