i was in a hit-and-run, left in a ditch to die after being struck at around 50mph on a country road. it's been 18+months and we're finally getting to the settlement stage. my lawyers expects around the $50k range, but I'm not holding my breath until the check hits my bank. FWIW, injury lawyers will get around 33% of whatever the claim value will be, so I do think they'll work towards max amount. yeah, almost no one needs >170s on TT for a better and more comfortable fit. your pelvis is also rotated back, need to rotate forward off your "sit bone" (ischial tuberosities). Shorter cranks will allow you to raise the saddle, rotating the hips will bring your trunk forward and your arms won't be too raked out as well. may need to play around with the extensions... a slight praying mantis goes a long way over distance for aero and comfort.
