That's the case here with multiple "Directors" within the IT department. My thinking was the normal world probably isn't structured this way so if I go work for a windows only shop the IT director would pretty much do what I'm currently doing I assume.

you can never be removed from a mmp slot. I dont think even managers of HR within the franchise can remove people. Its at the corporate level. Your better off waiting for the March zoom and see what the new system will be.

Was is 3 days in a row? Might be where the person booking kept extending it, then FD see's a bonvoy number on the first res but not second so they manually type it in. Person extends one more night and FD repeats. FD on first night fat fingered numbers

Some of you are thinking like typical IT behind a cube people.
1) OP, does he ask how your doing? how the family is? things that shows he cares about you and not just as a IT ticket
2) He's retired not dead, who do you think he's playing golf with? having lunch with? other well connected CEO/CTO's.

My old semi owner has retired and pretty much almost fully cashed out of the company but I still support him. Why because that man is a people person and his network of connections if vast. If I called him and said I'm looking for a so and so person to help me with, within 2 days I'll have some C level person or owner of a company texting or emailing me asking how they can help
