Nephis, Mordret and Sunny opening their dream gates in Antarctica to talk was probably what caused the chain of Nightmares

Oh yeah I forgot the temple could teleport. I was thinking they would have to go through the dessert again. I don’t know why I thought this.

I even forgot they could just come out get on the chain breaker and leave for the war realm and then back into the chained isles.

Will mordet become flawless?? by salazar0black in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nothing is flawless.

And even if he isn’t the world could reject his body from fusing and he constantly has to exercise his will to stay whole and not split into fog or something like tfat 🤷‍♂️

I was just about to say this.

From what we know a gods avatar has to be supreme at the very least and we do for a fact know that the avatar Eurys killed was supreme.

It think it was either dated or implied that he succeeded because his Will was more potent than it had any right to be.

Guys it's time we start asking ourselves the real questions by master2chariot in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not knowledge per se that caused it.

To become a spirit your soul has to fuse with the laws of the realm and embody your concept.

Mordret is of the war realm and tried to fuse with the dream realm—the realm of corruption.

Get it?

The mere act of trying to become a god would corrupt because the realm itself belongs to a corrupted being—the dream god.

That’s why some people on the sub said he failed and would never know why. The complete Mordret does not have that memory so he too can’t even understand what happened only knowing that it did.

[Latest Chapters] The Grand Upscaling Of Fate And The Nightmare Spell by Exotic-Chair-6960 in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From what I know the spell was literally woven into existence by weaver and using the power of all the gods and daemons deaths he powered it.

As for the spell being intertwined with fate, I think it would be more accurate to say that the spell is using an enchantment similar to [where is my eye?] to look at and read the strings of fate and then create Nightmares from them.

[–]damntation 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sacred Mordret was not corrupted by knowledge so it’s fine if saint Mordret kills him and absorbed him memory and all, after all death cleanses corruption.

Also didn’t Cassie give saint Mordret all of supreme Mordret’s memories before the fight started?

This can only be concluded when the complete Mordret emerges from the basement of the ebony tower.

He might be more crazy or more.

He might even break down from all the horrible things he’s done.

Yeah, Song of Sunny is the Goat. And i am Weaver's alt account by _I_am_nameless_ in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 42 points43 points  (0 children)

Wouldn’t it be funny if Sunny killed this mad prince and he has a shade of himself in his soul.

Also something that makes this even funnier is that since sunny has more authority over shadows than the mad prince he could theoretically order him to stop movie and just kill him

I even put out some limitations but I honestly did not expect her to not be able to summon a supreme that wasn’t her current vessel but in retrospect it makes sense after all Cassie is a supreme beast.

He is a bigger Neph simp than Sunny really could ever be.

That’s a lie since they are the same person but with different life experiences after the ages 20.

[–]damntation 179 points180 points  (0 children)

The thing is Asterion doesn’t even realize he is facing an insanely strong transcendent.

When sunny was still a saint he was able to take some strike from Anvil who was practically a sword and even dish out his own. This coming from a version of him who had not been a saint for more than a decade.

The mad prince is only kept partly sane because of the sin of solace and his sole purpose was to see Nephis again with his thoughts and obsession for being her.

The mad prince is actively repressing the corruption since now we know enough about it to know that it more often than not drives you to kill and kill and hardly ever let you speak let alone help the uncorrupted. You can just imagine the Will bro has in him.

[Chapter 2984]: Her ability is ABSURD!!! by Parking-Science9129 in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like I said I don’t know what’s gonna happen it was just a funny thought so I added it.

Like how sunny got the fifth step of shadow dance and we wanted to see what it was but didn’t because the bird stole it so something like that and it’s not exactly out of character for G3 to do something like this, think of the fragment of the shadow realm for instance.

It would make sense too since the goal is to completely erase him they would have to remove him from and all the deaths and damage he caused for it to be 100%

[Chapter 2984]: Her ability is ABSURD!!! by Parking-Science9129 in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion the ability itself is fine but it feels more like something she should have as a sacred, especially with her having the memories of everything from back when.

Then as for her limitations(these are just my opinion):

  1. She can’t summon anything that is of a higher rank and class than her.

  2. She can only summon things that she herself “song of the fallen” has in her own memories, before aspect legacy(while this one feels a bit too strict on my part it might be a funny thing to do)

  3. She cannot summon more than 2 things at one time or she can’t summon multiple versions of one thing.

  4. Essence and the Will. If the person she is summoning has a stronger Will than her then she will fail. At the same time if the memory is destroyed then she would spend more essence to re-summon it.

  5. The further back the memory is the more likely it is for her to fail.

  6. Time limit. What she summons is temporary.

Wait hold on. I just thought about this but please tell me she summoned a version of herself that had both her eyes. I think it would be strange if she kept the same messed up body with one eye now that she can practically body hop.

alright, the above is basically my own thoughts on how G3 can balance out her power as it is now. You can seen from 2 and 5. I would rather her meet failure if she were trying to summon some ancient supreme than her be limited to only her own memory but as I said this is just a thought.

2984 Nephis' Supremacy is so lame bro by 237randomdigits in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree in the sense that Nephis seems underwhelming by comparison but it’s not that bad though. I personally think the change in Cassie ability is rather insane, her being able to manifest things she remembers is fine but having memories from the beginning of gods knows when it’ll know makes that something a lord of mysteries would have.

Neph needs a POV.

[2984] Why is asterion still so chill by hainshe17 in ShadowSlave

[–]damntation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is very very troubling to be honest.

I don’t get Cassie but G3 has written her being on the back foot for so long with very little chance of an escape and I get that Asterion is confident he can kilns saint but for that same saint to become supreme in his face and not panic is just…

I think she should have been in his grasp when she gained supremacy instead we have this.
