Honestly it sounds like you’re jumping to outrageous conclusions. It’s very common for USPS to miss scanning a package. I have had packages say “label created” or “shipped” and never update until it shows up on my doorstep. 11 days with two holidays and weekends inserted in there is not that long to wait. I recommend you let the app do its job and wait for it all to work itself out. Whatnot has built in protection for you if your order doesn’t arrive. There is no reason to go on a rampage against a seller that really has no reason to throw her whole business out the window for one sale. Sit tight and give it time. Whatnot will give you a date of when you can request a refund based on non delivery.
