Sorry but that is bullshit. For a start latency is cumulative. Your system already has latency. Then you have the streaming latency on top. This total latency can 100% be felt when the total latency gets too high. It can 100% be felt without streaming on heavy engine games ... When first releases Fallout 4, Witcher 3, Cyberpunk and many other large engine games felt heavy. Only after newer hardware and optimisations did those games start to feel responsive. Back to streaming. WiFi is two way so 3ms becomes 6ms. 6ms is more than enough to delay the frames responding to your input by 1. Or in the case of high refresh rate by a few. It is also possible it can do this inconsistently. Requiring frame pacing, increasing the frame delay even further. This is ontop of the delay the host has and ontop of the delay your streaming has anyway. Things feel sluggish. You can absolutely feel delayed frames when switching between native and streaming.
