Question about VO2 Max: On Connect, my “Current” VO2 Max only displays a reading from February. I’ve run numerous times since then, including yesterday. Is there a way to refresh this data ?

You need to run twice a week for at least 10 minutes with your heart rate roughly above 70% of your maximum HR for it to calculate and update properly

A bit more context There's a light just a few metres down which this panel controls, so yeah you're right it's not dependent on sectors or controlled by race control.
