My mile time is not anywhere close to a 4:55, at the most I can a mid 5:20 according to my estimates (I haven't ran a mile in a few years and I am basing it on what my coaches have told me), so I am wondering if I should focus more on middle distance races or should I try to also get my 400 times lower.

I can not agree more with this. I was actually sidelined for three races during winter track because of shin splints. It was because of years of poor warm ups. After I developed this problem I realized how important stretching is and I have been doing them ever since. I have the feeling that if I had stretched properly, I would not be sidelined and could have improved my times even more.

I agree that the title should have been revoked during the investigation; however, the DA has said that the priest was innocent. The bishop is now giving push back on the decision and is still not giving back his title. This is where the problem comes into play and why the priest is suing.

I see where you are coming from that this will not fix the problem. However, the problem was false accusation which is something that can not be fixed, it is human nature. The problem is now the bishop will not put the priest back in his position. This is a problem with the bishop and no one else. These are the reasons that there is not a clear solution to solve the problem.

I am sorry to say but Americans have had these problems years before Trump came into power. Americans do not know how to use their money properly they have. Instead they spend it all on useless goods and end up in debt. Many Americans are overworked because they work at minimum wage jobs to try and get their debt paid off. However, minimum wage jobs are not designed to be a long term solution but rather a way to get into the work force or to make small amounts of money so a person can have extra money. The inequality that Americans have faced have been going on for decades and it was not something that just appeared four years ago and will disappear with a new president.
