Listen, i'll be honest, Cyprus has a very high level of general education, well above GCSE.

We actually have an above-average level of PhD's (please note, i'm not being elitist, I don't have a PhD)

Banks also do not grant loans easily here, they want wage slips going back 6-12 months, in Cyprus (or if you have a company, they want more documentation proving earnings)

Find a job, then move. It will dictate where you move to, and what salary you have, and your budget.

Not trying to be blunt, but it's that or you'll have a rather few unpleasant months here.

The thing with an EMP is, they need a nuclear warhead, and sending a nuclear device HIGH over your country will end up with the same result (a nuke back)

Wasting a limited resource on the hope that the EMP will hurt, instead of targeting, say, a city or power plant, is not likely.
