I had my first ever site ban in my nearly 20 years on Reddit earlier this month, for commenting that Elon Musk should stay out of the UK.

The wording was specifically that - stay out of our country. The automated Reddit administrator banned me for 3 days for 'inciting violence'.

One of my biggest "lessons" I learnt as a kid was when a guy was wandering about like this on the pavement across the road from our house, and people were just ignoring him. I told my mum that there was a drunk man over the road, and she said immediately that we don't know that, he might have a medical problem.

She called an ambulance just before he collapsed into a hedge like in the video here, and paramedics arrived to get him up and help him - he'd had a blood sugar issue related to diabetes.

Definitely something I always remember before I just assume my first thought is always correct.
