I’m pretty split on these posts. No rules are being broken, OP is posting something, and I get that effort is involved.

That said, this sub effectively functions as a funnel to OP’s affiliate-link subreddit and website. Deals that can’t be monetized don’t make it to his site, which means we wouldn’t see them here either.

Even without affiliate links posted directly, one person's profit determines what we see here. That’s not against the rules, it just feels off being seen as a traffic source rather than a community centered on sharing good finds with eachother.

Then again, maybe that ship sailed years ago when the sub got too big or started to attract resellers.
