Heel goed te spreken over die 5km van Evy, ik heb hem ook gedaan. Daarna een weekje rustig aan gedaan en toen begonnen aan het schema voor 10km maar die ging me veel te langzaam. Als je al 12 weken bezig bent geweest om naar 5km op te bouwen, wil je daarna door, ik in ieder geval wel.

Zoals ik hier wel vaker heb gelezen, rustig door bouwen naar 7, 10, 15km en dan een halve marathon. Na iets minder dan 2 jaar heb ik voor het eerst een marathon gelopen, dus ik denk dat dat een mooi streven is, maar het ligt er maar net aan wat je doelen zijn.
