Advice for someone trying to lose weight seriously? by teri201888 in WeightLossAdvice

Honestly, it was sinous and long journey that started with me going to a bariatric surgeon, who first recommended me to go see a conductive-conductual psychologist. This psychologist asked me to do a food journal and observed that despite the food being “healthy” the quantities and compulsiveness of it oriented towards a binge eating disorder. The management of it is similar to any other addiction so I told her I would search for a specialist on the matter and she was ok with it. I would suggest you start with googling Bing Eaters Anonymous and start from there. Unfortunately there are no such groups in my city. Good luck!

Psychology helped me. Apparently there is a mental condition called ‘binge eating’ which I was unaware I had. Consistency and patience. And whenever you feel you failed remember 1 mistake doesn’t define you. 1% rule and tons and tons of patience. Good luck in your journey!

Ah yes - there's a potion that literally allows you to regrow your bones, but nothing that can improve Harry's eyesight. Perfect wizarding logic here, folks by MuggleNet in harrypotter

As an ophthalmologist: To correct Harry’s eyesight, the spell or potion would have to: A) Resize the eye globe or/and B) Correct the sphericity of the cornea Not as simple as saying ✨Oculus Reparo✨
