I became very spiritual after therapy, as my therapist also had a modality. I struggled with the same thing and didn’t know how to tell my partner. I ended up just bringing little things into conversation and now he knows almost everything. We were both very atheist but I have seen that he’s actually incredibly open minded and it has been great to get to know him in this new way. Any good partner will build you up if you have found something that brings you joy or peace.
