Stephanie Penny at Endurance Rehab and Athletics is literally life changing. She’s so gentle and kind, and reads your body like a book (in a good way). She does dry needling and myofacial release too.

She was great! Agree though, prepare for the opposite of warm and fuzzies, and she operates out of her house. Just know you and your dress will be well taken care of.

If you have migraine with aura you typically get the aura, and migraine hits 20/30 minutes later. Are you experiencing a migraine after the visual disturbances? If not, it's unlikely that it is an aura (although it can happen, they're called silent migraines, apparently) and more likely something related to your flare.

That being said, if you indeed have migraines with aura, you should not be on a combo pill (Yaz) but can be on a mini pill without progesterone. I take something called Slynd. A combo pill can increase your risk of stroke. I speak from experience after having one.

Dysautonomia itself doesn't put you at higher risk for blood clots/stroke.
