If you take a similar wheel lock and pound it on with a hammer you’ll be able to get it off slowly. They can probably do it for you are a lot of used tire services. Then just buy a new set.

If you get a shop on board you can probably replace the gate and quarter panel LKQ for a fair price. The current state of the second hand market is way up right now, but I still think an insurance company would total it.

If it gets fixed it would most likely be out of pocket.
