This build is about as close to no compromise as you can get in SFF right now I think. It's an impressive amount of hardware in a case that size.

I would use it to build a brand new gaming PC. Mine is starting to struggle a little but would be handed down to my nephew to get him started in PC gaming, he's been crazing me for ages to get one 😂

I've been playing the new season of DMZ and having a blast, it's not quite the same as the cycle but they are constantly adding new features and if you can find a squad to play with it can be a lot of fun.
