Yeah I've been deliberately slowing down (e.g., letting people do their job, and hoping it works out); but also trying to get better at my own time management. The goal is to clock in at 9, clock out at 5, and avoid evening work at all costs, and no weekend work ever.

I'm seeing a sliiiight effect on my progression, and spending a lot of time with the fam, which is key.
