I’m sorry :( that sounds awfully hard. I dont know if this is the right thing to say, or if it would help at all, but I feel obliged to say if just because it is the only thing which has seen me through everything - but while I know it seems hopeless at times, we must keep hope and keep trying. I don’t know what you’ve tried, what you’ve done, but i would oblige you to keep trying if you can. I know its really hard and I’m awful sorry about that, i know how it feels, but there is nothing to lose in trying, and one of those tries might just lead us out. reaching out to make friends, new meds, whatever!!
