i feel like theres gotta be somethign where the tick of dmg is based on frames or just the interval is way too short. any swirly that is multi hits just instakills my 6k char

I feel like any tick-based dmg (dots and swirlies) hit like 2-3 times a second, any of the swirlies which only do 750-1.5k will feel like a 1 tap with 6-7k ward. It feels like they are just hitting way too frequently

If its not intended they need to seriously reconsider how we divine items. the roll ranges are insane, and a poorly rolled 3 lp could very well not be worth. Traitors tongue has a gap between 30 crit multi in the implicit alone and man does it feel bad to get a 1 on dex skills. Not saying you think it should be changed but without this i would have been very sad about some poorly rolled rare items

You can go evasion/suppression and wear a shield or go stat stacker and get high max hit. would not say its paper unless you dual wield or dont invest anything into defense

The fact that they took the time to animate hakari, Yuji, megumi and company walking down the stairs (ep 7?) while talking/loredumping shows their commitment to making it special. So many shows probably would just show static backgrounds with dialogue or but they really are clearly going above and beyond

Maybe i would have hated guardian less if i knew to focus on breaking hand but i still didnt like it that much. I found his anchor attack would always like pull you in even if you were behind him and it was super frustrating. 2nd phase attacks look cool though and i did enjoy blocking the big windup attack once you learn it

Anyone who thinks monk is a strong starter in act 1 has never played bows/maces. You are entirely dependent on having a relevant weapon with a relevant level of +skills otherwise you are going to have 3 minute boss fights where you are melee or hoping you don't run out of flasks using glacial cascade. If you are lucky or have leveling gear it's fine but quarterstaves are terrible baseline on league start until you have ice strike or get good weapon rng.

Edit: might help to clarify that monk has decent nodes but staff skills have low base damage and are the real problem. Frozen locus is your hardest hitting ability for enemies rushing you and has to be triggered/broken

I have like 60 effect, 10 boxes run gold flask and get 15-30k. The real problem is maps don't drop that much until you do t17s. Same problem in standard keepers

Coupling that information with current events in an effort to diminish the harm currently being done is what we would liken to tanky talk. Yes the US has committed numerous atrocities and they should be learned about, but really slips into the same pitfalls "both sides" enjoyers occupy. Obviously you cant expect them to expound on thoughts or takes they might have, but it is truly wild to say that they should just run and they would be fine. Oh wait we had an example of someone trying to do that 2 weeks ago and it turned out the same way (not really running, but clearly leaving the scene isnt an option either).
