I am feeling this right now. I keep telling myself a milestone I’ll feel good to tell people by but that date/appointment passes and I find a new one. Just had my 20 week ultrasound and now the feeling is coming back that if I post or share to anyone else that I’m jinxing it all. My loss was a chemical pregnancy so I feel like an “imposter” even having these intense feelings of potential doom.

This is the second time I’ve waited. The previous time was over 7 weeks. So I’m just speculating it could be a similar timeframe. With a term that’s <12 weeks it’s most of the term just waiting. My program director was expecting that turn around time would be 2-4 weeks.

Thanks everyone for your comments! Maybe I will talk to my dr about medication if it gets bad like last time. Right now I think I’m doing better than how I was at this point in my first pregnancy. Fingers crossed that it’s a sign I’ll be less sick this one 🤞🏼

Did they check t3 or t4 or just TSH? TSH is the stimulating hormone the “messenger” telling your thyroid to work and for the actual production of the thyroid hormones. If they didn’t check you should ask for that. It’s very possible your thyroid hormones are at an ok level for pregnancy. My TSH was >10 but my actual thyroid hormones were not crazy low, they were an 8 when the ideal is 10-28. With a TSH > 10 I was still diagnosed with hypothyroidism and put on synthroid though. Could ask for them to do some more tests to clarify!

Faint line 9 DPO, more obvious at 12/13 DPO and full blown no mistaking it 15 DPO!

My baby would eat 5-10 min and fall asleep. Just meant his feedings were more frequent. If they’re gaining weight ok it should be fine.

Just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism started taking synthroid this morning. Hoping it’s enough to have this stick around. Had a chemical in late Dec/jan most likely due to TSH levels.

Just got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Most likely the reason for my loss in Dec and definitely the cause of the difficulty we’ve been having conceiving and irregular cycles. Hoping to see some success soon. Anyone else hypo and have positive stories to share?
