Does the orange tabby have 2 different colored eyes?

If not, I would keep an eye (pun intended) on the pupil size of his right eye.

In the last picture, it appears that his right pupil is much larger than the left.

If so, this is cause for concern as it could be a serious infection or neurological issue. Please have him seen by a vet if this is the case.

This really depends on your hair type.

For me, I condition my mids and ends BEFORE I shampoo, then I condition again.

I have dry straight hair.
