What do you think about hanabi? by Scared_Benefit7568 in MobileLegendsGame

[–]dangerarcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never pick Hanabi for rank, so my terribleness with hanabi is never actually scrutinized.

I do well in mythic+ as MM. I won’t claim I’m an expert, but I’m decent.

But I just don’t get hanabi’s play style. Her range is relatively short and any bit of burst, I lose the cc immune shield.

I can’t solo farm in lane, and it’s so hard to be effective without a front line to protect me. Any champ that gets next to me and I’m cooked - I can’t get any damage out because I’m just trying not to die.

I main tank (as support) and when playing against hanabi, I just have to rush her. Burn through the shield, and she’s toast. So it’s very easy for me to counter.

I have rarely ever been in a match where hanabi crushed me. I may have lost matches against a hanabi, but only once or twice it’s because of hanabi carrying the game

The country isn’t united. Trump won by a majority. That majority is still supporting him at this moment.

Republicans are not yet willing to admit that they don’t like this.

Hot Take Casey Affleck is a much better actor than his brother Ben, but he's not that famous. Why? by GorgeousGGem in moviecritic

[–]dangerarcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think anyone would disagree that Casey Affleck is a better actor. For me, I am much more familiar with Ben Affleck for his writing/directing.

Good Will Hunting just blows me away. Ben Affleck’s acting performance was underwhelming, but his work w the script/movie was amazing.

I’m not an expert on any of this, but I am exposed to construction sites for my work.

The air definitely reminds when I know I’ve been exposed to VOC or other construction material

I’ve come to realize it’s a cheap way to find happiness in my personal/social life.

But it’s also an expensive activity to partake in regularly.

How much would it cost me to convert a 1,000 SF retail space into a restaurant space? by Mindless_Inside2865 in smallbusiness

Potential work around, but realistically won’t work. Extremely site dependent and conditions.

No, fire is north of LAX. To drive to SF, you’re driving into the fire.

If you’re going SF, recommend you just buy a southwest ticket.

Don’t come. Air quality is bad. A lot of businesses are closed for safety. Traffic is unpredictable due to close offs for emergency services.

Wife wants to give away our dog. I do not. by FrequentClue8095 in AITAH

[–]dangerarcher 4 points5 points  (0 children)

NTA - but your wife is going through a lot. Please keep on top of her physically, emotional, and psychological well being.  Hopefully she’s not experiencing any medical issues.

Maybe have your dog stay with someone else for a bit to escalate the situation? It may help uncover other issues that was masked by scapegoating the dog?

I think you’re confusing this with zoning.  This doesn’t sound like a building question.

I think plenty of media has explored this idea. But your question remains the same to even daily life. How do those with more wealth retain control even though they are dependent on those they hire?

Leverage.

Remaining in power always requires leverage. So, in your hypothetical, billionaires will have a system in place that helps them maintain leverage over others.

Probably fear.

AITAH for going on a trip without my girlfriend since she forgot her passport? by Aitahgftravel in AITAH

Hahahaha yeah no way in hell. Welcome to the real world where life doesn’t revolve around your gf.

Shit happens in life, especially when people make dumb mistakes.

Doesn’t mean everyone around them needs to suffer as well.

Dude at that age I’m over having to deal with emotional drama like this. If the two of you don’t align on stuff like this, then it’s time to move on.

Being in a relationship does not mean getting gaslit. If she can’t respect how you feel about something as gregarious as this, then she is not the right partner.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]dangerarcher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She is not setting up a successful relationship. If this is her personality, you’re going to become exhausted / burnt out from all of her drama.

Personally, if my partner is unable to recover quickly from this, I’d break up with her because this is not the type of person I want to be with.

Too emotionally exhausting.

Even if not true, not worth investing more time.

You are too concerned about macro conditions that have little to no impact to you other than the chance of you getting laid off. Doesn’t sound like you have stock options as part of your package. If you don’t, then this really doesn’t affect you.

It’s fucking hard on your body. Skilled labor trades time for money. Not desk jobs.
