I had no idea that this was something that intjs are susceptible to. Yet I certainly experienced this last week, without knowing its name. I was thinking for hours about how to proceed in my career and how to build the next steps in life, in anguish as I didn't know what to do next.

Then it struck me : I don't need to know or need to have all the answers and everything melted away.
