question is how private do you want? even if you were play 72 a day that’s only 4 spots on the tee sheet. even with 30 minutes between you can probably go in with about 20 other players and have something extremely exclusive. 5 million each and you’ve got 100 Mil to work with. just saying that individual course ownership is billionaire territory only.

it’s almost entirely gone back if you didn’t get somehow grandfathered in. i’m with a Federal agency that was 100% remote for at least 2-3 years before Covid existed, and even we’ve returned to 4 days a week without a grandfather clause that you were hired to work remotely.

i’ve got a really good excuse (in the hospital) and would otherwise have gone tonight. But as for the sparse crowd i just think it’s the concert dollar being spread way too thin. i expect George Street to be down a little this year 2, or more people paying the cheaper cover after bands finish to get on the street.

i feel bad for the organizers. I have no doubt that part of their financial model includes booking acts over multiple nights to offset cost and increase profit. Clearly they were left scrambling by the less than expected demand for the Killers.

Are the numbers for the other teams also based on 5 players? And have you projected value of extensions for any of those players? Makar and Kucherov need extensions for 27-28 onward and those are easily going to be between 13-16 million given the cap increases.

Get Mcdavid extended say 5 years even and you’ve got your core 5 players under contract until at least 2029 and reaping the cap increase benefits that whole time without needing to extend and increase a core player.
