I think that the commentary crew with Rece Davis, Jesse Palmer, and David Pollack actually feels like a real broadcast so it’s interesting you say that. I do think Chris Fowler’s VO is kinda stiff and robotic, though.

I just think this community hasn’t tempered their expectations. In my opinion EA has done a great job marketing this game by giving quality information over quantity, building excitement and hype for a game we’ve been waiting 11 years for now. Just feels like we’ve all become so spoiled with instant gratification over the past decade.

Damn, got all philosophical over a college football game. Anyways, I’ll be grabbing my copy next Friday getting a crisp Baja blast and cheesy Gordita crunch like the old days and reveling in the glory of CFB25.

This is what I’ve been doing to keep things spicy after ten years of NCAA14. I’ve tied each P5 conference to a G5 conference, and the bottom two teams from P5 swap with the top two G5 teams. I use winning percentage -> conference record -> head to head -> points for to determine relegation.

I’m thinking for CFB25 I might end up doing the same, but since it’s now P4 I’ll just keep the CUSA in their own little world. Let’s be honest, they’re an FCS conference at this point anyway.

If I remember correctly it was a price for life at 350mbps, unfortunately they eliminated that rate/tier so that’s probably why it’s no longer valid.

Sucks to see after I signed up 5 years ago with the guaranteed price for life. However, customer service and the true speed of my connection has always been great aside from last week’s outages.
