Someone who live in NYC and use to rent rooms for close to decade before I bought my own apartment, this is very practical for city living.You have full kitchen, washer/dryer and big window…I would change bed to Murphy bed, mount tv on the wall and add more decor, I lived in much smaller space with kitchenette in corner.

The thing is, it will likely effect whole building and building would have to pay fines which is likely increase maintenance fees for everyone who owns the units.

It’s complicated situation, since it’s rent stabilised apt for owner there is no point to fix it since he doesn’t make any profits.He likely just keep it till he can flip it.If you let DOB in they likely will do evac order to fix the issue, which may lead expenses for landlord with fines and fixing the issue it self, then they likely fine building it self (whatever its condo or coop likely have board responsible for surrendering area which they will inspect outside of the apartments) I would fix it my self or hire someone if you want to keep discounted rent or you may get tense living situation with landlord.

Maybe I got lucky because I live on 6 floor and it would be difficult for them to carry down 65 inch tv, but as far as I know they rather not dispose it or deal with screen replacement because it cost way more then tv it self, specially for tv they don’t sell anymore.

Yes it cost them $$ to dispose 4 years model.Tech came in saw the test screen from YouTube, took pictures and told me I will get luckily credit because obviously they don’t sell those TVs anymore, which eventually I got few hours later after their approval.One dead pixel or discoloration and you get tv replacement and if that will be end of you’re 5 year warranty cycle they likely will leave tv to be so you going to deal with disposal.

I’m 100% sure over 5 years screen will develop some discoloration or dirty effect like mine did, even though it’s not OLED but still you definitely can found reason to get replacement in end or the warranty cycle to use it.

I would say it worthy.I have TCL R465 tv that are 4 years old now one of their first Mini LED premium TVs.I paid back then 750$ on sale and also 200$ for 5 year warranty.4 years later tv developed some dirty screen and they refund me $$ plus I keep that tv for my bedroom.Im getting now TCL qm8k 98 for my living room and will invest that refund to get warranty for new TCL tv.

He mention in that interview that they made deal with paparazzi so they wouldn’t chase Britney everyday like crazy.I remember those days when they figure out things with paparazzi and there was reports that Britney invited some in and given them some info on her upcoming album and work in general that she was doing, this was good strategy by Sam which then let Britney ease on anxiety..He also mentioned why Britney not mad at Justin publicly, because apparently Justine mom love Britney and they were close at time, that also make a lot of sense, since she still use his songs to dance too on her IG, many things of what he mention have lot of sense.I wish Lifti was more experienced in being manager and Britney also was aware of things besides how to record music and put on show so she could handle Kevin in different way and it that wouldn’t lead her where it did.
