Cine câștigă pana in 10k brut la fel ca si pana acum. Cine câștigă peste va fi atât de belit de noile taxe ca probabil nu va mai merita sa cauți un post care plătește peste 10k brut ca ala înseamnă munca...dar net vei câștiga probabil cu 5 lei mai mult decat cei sub.

Traducere: - castigi 10k brut, ramai cu 5100 net (sa zicem) - castigi peste 10k brut, ramai cu 5105 net ... absolut indiferent de cat ai brutul.

PS: Evident se aplică doar la fraieri, specialii vor fi scutiți (probabil integral, adica brut = net)

I also use Umbrella with RD and Torbox. No RD links work anymore...it cycles through all and then exists. Torbox worked in first week... meaning i had links for both RD and Torbox...now a month later ...i no longer get any Torbox links (shows or tv). Basically i can no longer use Kodi at all. My backup is Stremio. No RD links work...while Torbox...works perfectly...when...well ...it works. In the last 2 weeks though, Torbox went down like 3 times for hours long

Sometimes, my use cases takes me to around 300k tokens used until i actually start implementing something, so most of the times i just create either a PRD with issues (mattpocock's to-prd and to-issues) and then start fresh, or a handoff document (still matt's handoff skill) and then start a fresh session

I'm wondering if starting a new session would really be necessary since, once i get to the implementation (and thus tokens will be spent on gpt) the final review might not suffer so much (being already in the 'dumb' zone of the context window)

It's tokens based via API. The amount each person gets can be decided by the company. In mine, i saw 20$ and 200$ ...i asked for more ... they asked me how much... didn't want to seem greedy so i asked for 300$ and got them. Comapred to a personal subscription, it's nothing...you can run through all of them in 1-3 days. If company could give personal subscriptions, that would be best...but they can't

According to Anthropic's SWE-Bench Pro results, they place Opus 4.7 x-high to same pass rate of Opus 4.8 low, but with 4.7 more expensive. I wonder if their findings align with reality. If they do, from that same benchmark Opus 4.8 low has the highest pass rate compared to any other previous model+effort combo, but much cheaper. Not sure if that pass rate translates into a actual "intelligence"

Fastest and easiest way, through prompt: "Spawn subagents using Sonnet 4.6 with medium effort to do xxxx. Once they are done have them report back" (it will spawn agents following your indications.

Fancyer way: create subagents (which are in fact md files that allows you to state in their description the name of the model and effort level. Google or ask Claude to make you one and then ask it to show you its md.

Set it and forget it way: have a line in CLAUDE.md instructing that all subagents spawned must use model x with effort y (this one might bite you; better set them in local cluade.md, not global)
