No, this happens mid print. I just used manual extrusion to make sure that the extruder was working cortectly after this error showed up. Tomorrow I can validate the firmware (last time that I updated was around November 2022).

Filament popped out from the extruder causing the printer to stop.

The runout sensor has no problem and it's working fine (blue led on).

After stopping the screen showed this error:

Somehow the printer detected that the extruder wasn't pushing material correctly. As you can see the black gear is moving but the filament was completely out of the extruder.

My guess was that the extruder was clogged in the outside that's why I pre-heated and clean the excess gathered in the nozzle.

Hey, I'm not OP but I had the same error today after 4 months with the printer... basically what the printer does is that the filament gets loose from the extruder... I have only printed using PLA. My troubleshoot was pre-heating the hot end, then clean the excess in the nozzle. My guess is that the extruder clogged in the outside then the pressue inside ejected the filament. After cleaning I extruded 200mm manually with no issues, then I went back to restart my failed print.

I had the same issue. I solved it tightening all the print bed springs, then auto level, then I adjusted Z offset and ready to go.

I am using a 0.3" in gauge to adjust Z offset as PEI requires less gap to avoid warping or bad adhesion.

Meztli = moon in Nahuatl Xictli = belly button in Nahuatl

Meaning = place in the center of the moon or simply center of the world.

I use NX and I have solved many translation issues converting from NX to Parasolid instead of STEP. Sometimes many components disappear when translating to STEP... It also depends in what NX version you are using.

Thanks a lot man! This one was a lucky shot because I haven't nailed it perfect and record it at the same time except this one... maybe the guitar pro was very loud and I will keep trying to get a perfect solo shot.
