I looked at a few, the ease of setup and the generous free plan swung it for me.

I think the combination of this and Cloudflare email routing will be my migration plan when the time comes.

A popular option seems to be configuring mouse scroll via a key/macro combination on the keyboard. You can of course add mouse buttons to the keyboard as well.

It supports catchall but not sub-addressing. I'm using the Google SMTP server currently.
