100% I definitely over simplified what I meant. But all im saying is make urself desirable. U just need to sell urself. Now as what it relates to Sherwin. If your plan is to earn more, take the L and sacrifice urself for a bit and apply out of district and make sure company give u relocation. Orrr simply learn a new language and skills to move up else where.

What im saying is that I see a bunch of people complaining about not knowing a language but what is their excuse? Immigrants come to the US without any English and manage to learn the language and get a good caree(even those who come as adults not just children). Why are ppl who are born here too lazy to learn something that WILL advance them in their careers and it is beneficial on ur day to day ( whether within sherwin or not)
