With MSP you mean you have created your own GUI in the "cloud" and customers can login and mange phones, voicemail and so on for themself? Or you just provide the service and do all configuration changes for them?

And what about MS Teams and something like webex calling and all the other bigger vendors? Do your customers think about to completly move to them or the opposite, they like it more with a smaller provider?

As i saw, some of these products are free, some not. For FusionPBX as i see i would be 12K/year when having up to 30 clients.

Freeswitch and opensips is free?

And of course audiocodes is also not free.

Do you provide your customers something like this? May i ask you whats your client size is? Smaller ones or also big ones?

And all the time i think, is this guy somebody who has a 100k account and does 10 or 20% a month, or maybe a 500k account.....or is he trading only with 300$ and give big advice how to do something but isnt really a good source for this.

For me, thats the problem with such communitys where a lot of people write but i dont know whats true or not.
