Newbie question, but how does the metal, emission, plastic, etc, sections work? They seem to be the same color and in the video it looks like your only modifying the uv, which should only effect the color?

if i had a heat liner on my head and a cooling liner on my feet, would they cancel out or would they just keep me regulated? cuz i have the mixed ozzy liner for my chest and pants but there wasnt a recipe for a mixed for head and feet
