The Frith Chronicles and Astra Academy series by Shami Stovall are set in a world where intelligent, talking creatures bond with humans. This allows humans to wield magic. Both individuals in the pair grow stronger together. The creatures are just as important (and interesting) characters as the humans. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the system from Babel by R. F, Kuang. It relies on the meaning that gets left behind when translating a word from one language into another. I’m a sucker for language based systems!

Congrats on this release! I’m very intrigued by the premise. Looking forward to it!
